Originating from Vrba of Njegusi, the influential Zmajević family of Perast, part of the Perojevic (extended family) kazada, bears a winged dragon and star emblem. Renowned for producing significant figures in Perast’s history, the Palace is undergoing final reconstruction while preserving the Zmajević era’s architectural essence. Despite inner changes, the original construction’s logic and authentic materials remain, ensuring the Palace’s continued dominance in Perast. Spanning a plot of 1605 square meters, the palazzo covers 565 square meters.
